1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Orale ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users of Orale, including users who connect social media accounts for automated publishing.

2. Description of Service

Orale is an AI-powered social media operator that allows you to publish content to connected platforms (including TikTok, Instagram, X, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube) via conversation with an AI assistant. Orale generates text, images, and video on your behalf and posts them according to your instructions.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use Orale. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Your Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for all content published through your account.
• You must comply with the terms and community guidelines of every platform you connect (TikTok, Instagram, etc.).
• You must not use Orale to post spam, misleading content, hate speech, or content that violates any applicable law.
• You must not use Orale to infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

5. Connected Platform Accounts

When you connect a social media account (e.g. TikTok), you authorise Orale to publish content on your behalf using OAuth tokens. You can revoke this access at any time by disconnecting the account inside Orale or through the respective platform's settings. Orale is not responsible for content that you instruct the Service to post.

6. Credits and Payments

Some features of Orale require credits. Credits are purchased in advance and are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Pricing is listed within the Service and may change with notice.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create or upload. You grant Orale a limited licence to process and publish that content on your behalf as instructed. Orale's platform, code, and AI models remain the property of Orale.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for any particular purpose. You review and approve content before it is published.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orale shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any content published on your behalf.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting hello@orale.live.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
