Orale ("we", "our", or "us") is an AI-powered social media operator that helps small businesses publish content across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, X, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others. We are operated by Oguzcan Sakatoglu. Contact: hello@orale.live

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

  • Account information: email address and profile details when you sign up.
  • Platform credentials: OAuth access tokens for the social media accounts you connect (e.g. TikTok, Instagram). We store these securely and never share them.
  • Content you create: posts, captions, images, and videos you generate or publish through Orale.
  • Usage data: how you interact with Orale, including posts published, platforms used, and feature activity.
  • Analytics data: social media performance metrics fetched on your behalf from connected platforms.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To authenticate and post content to your connected social media accounts on your instruction.
  • To personalise your experience and learn your brand voice over time.
  • To provide analytics and performance insights.
  • To improve Orale's features and reliability.
  • To communicate service updates or respond to your support requests.

4. TikTok Data

When you connect your TikTok account, Orale receives an OAuth access token that allows us to post content on your behalf. We use this token solely to execute actions you explicitly request. We do not sell, rent, or share your TikTok data with third parties. Your TikTok credentials are stored securely and can be revoked at any time by disconnecting your account inside Orale or through TikTok's account settings.

Orale complies with TikTok's Content Sharing Guidelines and Developer Terms of Service.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

  • Supabase — secure database and storage infrastructure.
  • Anthropic / AI providers — to generate captions and content on your behalf (no personal data is sent without your action).
  • Social platforms — only the content and credentials required to fulfil your posting requests.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing hello@orale.live.

7. Security

We use industry-standard practices to protect your data, including encrypted storage, secure token handling, and access controls. OAuth tokens are stored encrypted and are never exposed in logs or client-side code.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@orale.live.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Orale after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
